Rights by module
You invite a member by email, with a role: administrator, editor or viewer. On top of the role, a grid gives each member, module by module, no access, read access or edit access.
Emails from the organiser's domain
The notification of a new enquiry and the acknowledgement sent to the prospect go out from the organisation's address, through its own sending server (SMTP).
A website designed for each event
The website theme is designed for the event: it decides the form, the organiser decides the content.

Each event is priced by its format: a trade show, a fair, a conference or a festival do not call for the same package.

Can you limit a freelancer to the website or to offers?
Yes. The Communications profile keeps the website, the Chat Agent and the widget up to date without seeing enquiries. The Sales profile follows offers and enquiries. And if no profile fits, the grid can be set module by module.
Does the website domain connect by itself?
No. EventKab gives you the DNS records to set with the domain's registrar and checks that they respond. Kabaun handles the server connection and HTTPS. The domain's emails do not change.
How is a service priced across several events?
Everything is on quote, priced at scoping. For a multi-event case, the simplest is to talk: scoping and the demo are free, with no commitment.
