Home · Method and integration

One tag, one method, and nothing to redo on your end.

EventKab asks nothing of your stack, doesn't replace your ticketing, and doesn't touch your website beyond the line you paste in. Hosted in France, French language model, GDPR set in the contract.

Our method, in seven steps.

What we do, in order, from the first conversation to the debrief. Only one thing is on your side: sending us what you already have.

  1. Scoping and collection

A conversation to set the scope, then your content as it already exists: map, exhibitor or stage list, programme, practical information. A PDF and a spreadsheet are enough.

  2. Agent configuration

We build the knowledge base from your content, set the tone, languages, and what the agent must not say. It cites its source and hands off to your team when out of scope.

  3. Customisation to your brand

Colours, typography, logo, chat position on the page and call-to-action button: the chat looks like your event, not a third-party tool.

  4. Embed on your website

A tag to paste into the event's page. Your exhibitors can reuse the same one, pointed at their stand.

  5. On-site testing, during set-up

In your halls, on your network, with your reception team briefed on the handoff. We fix things before opening, not after.

  6. Live monitoring

During the event, we track the questions asked. A question left unanswered in the morning gets its answer added to the knowledge base by the afternoon. A room change takes effect immediately.

  7. Report and debrief

After the event: what was searched for, what was missing, the most requested exhibitors. The knowledge base and map are reused for the next edition.

What runs, and where.

Set-up

Integration
One tag <script> in your page. No build, no dependencies to install.
Compatibility
WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Drupal, custom-built websites.
Visitor side
Mobile or desktop browser, via link or QR code. No app.
Removal
You remove the line, nothing stays attached to your website.

Content and updates

Sources
Site map, exhibitor or stage list, schedule, practical information.
Formats
We work from your existing formats; a PDF and a spreadsheet are enough to get started.
Changes
Up to opening and during the event, with no redeployment on your side.
Validation
On a private link before opening to the public.

Data and sovereignty

Hosting
In France. Your content and your visitors' data never leave the country.
Model
The agent runs on a French language model. Your content is never used to train any model.
GDPR
Scope of collection, legal basis and retention period set in the contract, before opening.
Ownership
The content and data remain yours. Export at any time, deletion at the end of the contract.

On the ground

Acceptance testing
On site during set-up, in your halls, on your network.
Saturated network
Map served lightweight, conversation resumed where it left off.
Multi-site
Several halls, several levels, several stages, or an outdoor site, all on the same instance.
Multi-edition
The map and the knowledge base are reused from one edition to the next.

What we're asked on the technical side.

Where is the data hosted, and which AI model?

Hosted in France, with a French language model. Your content is never used to train any model and is never reused anywhere else. The scope of collection, legal basis and retention period are set in the contract before opening.

Do you replace our ticketing or registration tool?

No. EventKab handles the on-site experience, not registration or access control. It works alongside the tool you already use.

Does it hold up in a hall where the network gets saturated?

It's a trade show's first concern. The map is served lightweight, the conversation resumes where it left off, and we test on site during set-up, on your network, before opening.

Send us the map and the exhibitor list. You'll see what your visitors are searching for before you even pay us.

We build a preview on your real event, with your real stands and your real exhibitors. You judge for yourself. Scoping and demo are free of charge, with no commitment.
