What this website collects
The demo request form sends the data you enter (name, organisation, event, contact details) by e-mail to contact@kabaun.com. It is used only to reply to you and send you the requested scoping. The site has no user accounts.
Audience measurement and cookies
With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to know which pages are viewed and to improve the site. Nothing is loaded until you click "Accept" in the banner. IP addresses are truncated, no advertising data is collected and measurement cookies expire no later than 13 months after being set. Google may transfer this data outside the European Union under the Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Your choice (consent or refusal) is kept for 6 months in your browser, without a cookie, and you can change it at any time from the "Cookies" link in the footer. Refusing has no effect on access to the site. Apart from this measurement, only the technical storage needed for display (interface preferences, demo session) is used.
Retention period
Exchanges related to a demo request are kept for duration after the last contact, then deleted, unless a contract is signed.
The EventKab product itself
The processing carried out by the agent, the map and Live Ops during an event is not covered by this page: their scope, legal basis and retention period are set in the contract with each organiser, before opening. The data is hosted in France and never used to train any model. See the page Integration.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data, exercised with contact. You can file a complaint with the CNIL if you disagree.
