Send us the map and the exhibitor list: we'll set up the agent on your real event, with your real stands and your real rooms, and you can try it yourself from your phone. Scoping and demo free of charge, with no commitment.
What you send us
- The map of your site or your halls, in whatever format you have (PDF, image, DWG).
- The exhibitor list or stages, with their location. A spreadsheet is enough.
- The programme, even a provisional one.
- Your practical information : access, opening hours, services, restrooms, catering.
What you receive, on a private link
- A private link to the agent built on your content, to test from your phone.
- The 3D Map of one of your halls, with a real route.
- A written scoping document : scope, the modules relevant to your format, and the timeline up to opening.
- A quote, only if you ask for one.
